Marquee Enquiry Form

We have a large high top marquee (pictured below) which we make available for others to use for a fixed donation which is considerably less than the fees charged by professional hire companies.  Usually the donation required is the same whether the marquee goes out and back on the same day or is out overnight (or even over 3 days) but longer bookings may require a higher donation and if you are a distance from Market Harborough we may ask for a contribution towards travel.

In it’s full format the internal dimensions are 40ft (12m) x 20ft (6m) with 3 internal poles (see diagram) but it can be erected as 30ft (9m) x 20ft (6m) or 20ft (6m) x 20ft (6m) where space is at a premium.  An additional 4ft (1.2m) is required all round to accommodate the guy ropes.  There can be from 1 to 4 entrance points to suit your requirements or 1 or more sides can be left completely open.

The site should be reasonably flat and capable of accepting the pegs to hold the marquee up and reasonable access will be required which can be discussed at the time of booking.

When a booking is made and agreed a team will be allocated to that booking and will liaise with you to agree a suitable time to bring the marquee to you and erect it for you as required, the same team will return after the event to take down the marquee and remove it from site.

Whilst the marquee is insured we would advise that you consider the public liability of your event and cover this as required as this is your responsibility.  The marquee should not be left unattended whilst in your care if the site is open to public access.
