Leicester Tigers switch Wasps kick-off time
Leicester Tigers have moved Saturday’s home match against London Wasps from an evening kick-off to a 1515 GMT start because of the freezing weather.
The game was due to start at 1730 GMT but Premier Rugby has asked the Tigers to bring the kick-off forward.
Managing director David Clayton said: “Temperatures can drop so quickly in the evenings.
“Bringing the kick-off forward will allow the game to be played in the best possible conditions.”

Come and See Leicester Tigers for £5!
It gives me great pleasure to announce that we have teamed up with Leicester Tigers to offer your scout group and their families the opportunity to buy cheap tickets to one of Tigers most important games of the season. On Saturday 9th January 2010 Leicester Tigers will play London Wasps in front of a full capacity crowd of 24,000 people, and they want 3,000 of those people to be Leicestershire Scouts. Not only does this show that Leicester Tigers are willing to give back to the local community for all of the support they receive, but it will also give us an extremely high profile media platform to promote and help grow scouting in Leicestershire as this game will be shown live on Sky Sports. If your section has never been to a Rugby match what better way to start than see your home team play London Wasps televised live on TV.
For a booking form contact either Steve Cole or the Webmaster.
