Harborough District necker, worn by Explorers, Network and District leaders
Scout Network is for anyone aged 18-25 in scouting and supports members working towards the top awards in scouting, the King’s Scout, Explorer Belt, Scouts of the World, Duke of Edinburgh as well as national, international and local events.
