Judges’ comments: A record number of 21 patrols entered this Special Centenary Competition which included beavers, cubs, scouts and explorers from across the district. The site was able to allow a large area each Patrol and some made good use of it. Pitching in the high winds required some assistance by the Leaders on site, so some points needed adjusting. All of the Patrols embraced the challenges and worked hard to camp comfortably especially as their efforts were also under the scrutiny of many other Leaders past and present
